Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Berkshire TCG! We strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read our return policy carefully.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

In its original condition (as per the manufacturer's intention, e.g., a sealed booster box with an intact plastic seal)
Unused and undamaged
No rips in the seal (where applicable)
In the original packaging (if applicable)
If your item doesn't meet these criteria, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via the Contact Us page with the following information:

Order number
Item(s) you wish to return
Reason for return
Once we review your request, we aim to respond within 2 working days and will provide you with return instructions.

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return criteria. If your return is accepted, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days from the receipt of the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Sealed products with minor marks or dents. Please contact us if you have any concerns.
Clearance items.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item(s), unless the return is due to an error on our part. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
